TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED TRUCK DRIVER JOBS
Operate 2016 and newer trailers, hauling mostly dairy or other temperature controlled and frozen products as a professional truck driver in our Refrigerated Fleet. You will travel across the lower 48 states with various home time options based on domiciled location. As a refrigerated driver with J&R Schugel, you’ll be on our reefer pay package that allows you to earn more on your base pay. J&R Schugel- BIG, BOLD, and BLUE!
CDL-A Temperature Controlled Truck Driver Jobs Offer:
- Pay Range: $0.59 CPM – $0.65 CPM
- Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600
- $500 Onboarding Bonus*

CDL-A Temperature Controlled Truck Driver Job Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21
- Must have valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
- Must have at least 6 months of OTR or regional experience
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
*Driver must be employed at the time of payout and in working status. All bonuses are taxed at regular earnings.
